Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485)
This visa is designed for international students who have recently completed study in an Australia education institution. Students can live, study and work in Australia as a temporary resident for up to four years. The visa has two streams: Graduate Work stream and Post-Study Work stream.
Skilled Regional (Provisional) Visa (subclass 489)
This visa allows skilled workers to live and work in regional areas of Australia for up to four years. Before applying for a permanent visa, applicants are required to pass the point test.
Skilled Independent Visa (subclass 189)
This visa is suitable for people who have skills in particular occupations required in Australia to live and work permanently in Australia. For the Skilled Independent stream applicants are required to submit an expression of interest (EOI).
Skilled Nominated Visa (subclass 190)
This visa allows skilled workers who are nominated by an Australian state or territory government to live and work in Australia as a permanent resident. The applicant is required to pass the point test.
