Business Talent Visa (Permanent) (subclass 132)

This is a permanent visa for high-achieving business people who are nominated by an Australian state or a territory government agency to bring their successful experiences to Australia and settle in.

Business Innovation & Investment (Provisional) (subclass 188)

The applicant first needs to get an Expression of Interest through SkillSelect and be nominated by a state or territory government of Australia. This visa allows applicants to invest in Australia and contribute to the growth of the local economy.

Business Innovation & Investment (Permanent) (subclass 888)

The applicant must be a holder of a provisional Business Innovation and Investment visa and have met the requirements prescribed.
