Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (subclass 482)

This visa, referred to as the TSS visa, enables employers to sponsor an overseas skilled person who can address temporary skill shortages in Australia. The visa holder can apply a permanent resident visa after at least 3 years working for the employer if the employer would like to offer them the sponsorship.

Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186)

This visa allows Australian employers to sponsor a skilled overseas employee into Australia permanently.

Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme Visa (subclass 187)

This visa helps Australian employees in regional area bring in skilled workers from overseas to live and work in regional areas of Australia as a permanent.
