FAMILY VISAS

Partner Visa

This type of visa allows people who are married, or in a defacto relationship (including same sex partners), or intend to marry to an Australian citizens, permanent residents or Eligible New Zealand citizens to migrate to Australia.  This visa can be applied onshore or offshore.

Parent Visa

Several Parent Visa options exist for who has children staying in Australia permanently or as an Australian Citizen, or as a New Zealand permanent resident.

Child Visa

This visa is available for the children of Australian citizens, permanent residents or Eligible New Zealand citizens for immigration to Australia. The child must be under 25 years of age, but if 18 years of age or over must be a full-time student and dependent on their sponsoring parent. 

Remaining Relative Visa​

This visa allows people who are is a remaining relative of an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or an eligible New Zealand Citizen stay in Australia as a permanent resident.
